  • Shared Spaces: Be considerate when using common areas like the kitchen, living room, or coworking space. Clean up after yourself, and ensure these spaces are kept tidy and organized
  • No Interruptions During Work Hours: During designated work hours, avoid unnecessary disruptions, loud conversations, or music that can disturb others
  • Work Etiquette: Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor during work hours. Keep video calls and meetings in private spaces, and use headphones for calls or listening to music
  • Internet Usage: Respect bandwidth and prioritize work-related tasks over heavy streaming or downloads during work hours
  • Guests and Visitors: Inform the host in advance if you plan to have guests or visitors during the period.
  • Quiet Zones: Designate certain areas as quiet zones, where no talking or loud noises are allowed to create a conducive environment for focused work
  • Hygiene and Cleanliness: Maintain good personal hygiene and cleanliness within the shared spaces. Followspecific cleaning guidelines provided by the accommodation like taking turns to clean on specific days of the week
  • Security: Ensure that doors and windows are locked when leaving the accommodation, and keep valuables secure. Do not share keys with unauthorized individuals
Residency recruitment Guidelines:
Application Process: Create a clear and structured application process. Ask for basic information, work details, and the reason for wanting to join the workation.
Eligibility: Define eligibility criteria, such as the type of work participants will be engaged in, their experience level, and their commitment to adhering to house rules and minimum period of stay. These could be subject to change according to time of year/events/work groups etc.
Selection Criteria: Determine the criteria for selecting participants, which may include their ability to contribute positively to the group dynamic, their willingness to collaborate, and their compatibility with the project’s goals at the specific time period they apply for. Conduct virtual interviews to get to know each other better and ensure a good fit.
Payment and Fees(in case such apply i.e Dgital Nomads): Clearly outline the costs associated with the workation, including accommodation, utilities, and any additional expenses. Specify payment deadlines and refund policies.
Code of Conduct: Communicate the expected code of conduct to all applicants and emphasize the importance of adhering to house rules.
Communication Channels: Establish communication channels for participants to connect with each other before the workation begins, such as Line group chat.
Itinerary: Share a rough itinerary of planned activities, workshops, or networking events during the workation and explain to each Resident their expected task or participation.
Feedback and Evaluation: Set up a system for gathering feedback from participants during and after the workation to make improvements for future events, tours, accommodation, etc
