You can join one of our teams, or create your own project that fits your interests/area of expertise. We offer accommodation in a shared space with other creators, volunteers and digital nomads.
Send us a cover letter with a brief resumé, add your experience in similar projects, stating your reasons for wanting to participate in our organization, your area of interest and your project proposal. if such is the case.
We expect our interns/creators to be able to help out with the following projects:
  • Art Projects:minimum 1 month
  • Curatorial research and interpretation
  • Programming/Software
  • Historical Research
  • Field investigation
  • Photography and video creation
  • Community and Workshop activities
  • Writing
  • Itinerary of planned activities/workshops/events

Selection Criteria:
  • Ability to contribute positively to the group dynamic
  • Willingness to collaborate and work as part of a multicultural team
  • Compatibility with the project’s goals
  • Commitment to adhering to house rules
  • Good command of the English language
  • Owing a laptop or electronic devices for auxiliary work
Experience is not a requisite, yet it would help us have a better idea of your background and abilities if you described it briefly. Candidates with longer availability to stay will be preferable. Mandarin language is not a requirement but could work as a bonus.
While there is no substitute for in-person interaction, we will be conducting interviews with shortlisted candidates to gain a deeper understanding of your background, address any uncertainties, and provide an opportunity for both parties to ask questions and get to know each-other.
Once the period is concluded we would appreciate a written feedback and evaluation from the participants, regarding their experience with us, in order to make future improvements
